This policy explains how Marvanova ("we") handles data in Dunlin Radar ("the service"), a private business-intelligence tool for commercial office-space professionals.

Who we are

What data the service contains

• Company & property data from public sources: local-authority business-rates records, HM Land Registry, Companies House, the Energy Performance of Buildings register, planning-application records (PlanIt), and OpenStreetMap.
• Business contact details, where added through an enrichment provider (e.g. Apollo), limited to professional role, work email and work phone for B2B outreach.
• Your usage data: call outcomes and notes you record, stored locally in your browser.

Lawful basis

Company and property records are not personal data. Where the service includes named business contacts, we rely on legitimate interest (B2B marketing to relevant professionals). Individuals can object or unsubscribe at any time and we will stop contacting them.

How we use it

To identify businesses that may be approaching an office decision and to help match them to suitable space. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Lead data is refreshed periodically; contact data is held only while relevant to active outreach and removed on request or when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure or object to processing. Email privacy@getdunlin.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Data sources & licensing

Public data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and the Open Database Licence (OpenStreetMap), with attribution. EPC and Land Registry data are subject to their own terms.
