Access
The service is a private, access-controlled preview for authorised users only. Do not share access credentials or distribute its contents.
Estimates & no guarantees
Important: Dunlin Radar produces indicators and estimates derived from public data — including likelihood scores, estimated lease events and "forced-move" flags. These are signals to prioritise outreach, not statements of fact or guarantees. A flag does not confirm that a company is moving, that a lease is ending, or that a building is non-compliant. Always verify independently before acting or making representations to a third party.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for legitimate B2B purposes only.
Comply with UK GDPR and PECR in any outreach, including providing an opt-out.
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the underlying data except as permitted by the source licences.
Intellectual property
The service, its design and its compiled datasets are owned by Marvanova. Underlying public data remains subject to its original licences.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Marvanova is not liable for decisions made in reliance on its estimates, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
